CUSTOM ECU REMAPPING MODERN DIESEL
Increase Power, Torque and Efficiency with a PowerHouse Custom ECU Remap. Performed in-house on our Dyno Dynamics computerised chassis dynamometer, our highly trained tuning technicians use state of the art software that allows us to recalibrate your vehicles factory ECU, optimising boost levels, fuelling and all functional adjustments required to achieve the perfect state of tune for your vehicle and application.

INTERCOOLER UPGRADES
Turbochargers compress and force high volumes of intake air into your engine, drastically increasing volumetric efficiency and in turn, power output. One bi-product of this amazing technology is increased intake air temperature, particularly when increasing boost pressures in the quest for higher levels of engine performance.
Enter the Intercooler, typically featured in modern turbocharged engines. Cool dense intake air generates even more power and efficiency. The intercooler acts as a heat exchanger, lowering the temperature of the compressed intake charge, passing through it & dissipating heat prior to entering the engines combustion chamber, promoting improved combustion and engine power output.
Whilst most factory OEM Intercoolers work satisfactorily, increased power, torque and efficiency can be realised via
an upgraded high performance intercooler in some applications.
CUSTOM EXHAUST UPGRADES
We offer a vast range of PHE custom exhaust system options, tailored to suit individual vehicle requirements and applications. By reducing backpressure and enhancing exhaust gas flow, our performance exhaust systems help generate further performance gains and if desired, a more pleasurable exhaust note to match. Our premium systems feature 304 Stainless steel, mandrel bends and high flow mufflers to ensure that maximum performance and long term durability is achieved.
DRIVETRAIN UPGRADES
Turbo Diesel engines produce strong low end torque gains when enhanced. In some cases such as manual transmission applications, this means a clutch upgrade may be required to harness all that torque without slippage.
We use a range of Heavy Duty clutch products that provide the perfect balance of drivability and durability.
For some Toyota Automatic transmissions such as VDJ200 Landcruiser, we also have an ECU recalibration option to optimise driveability, improve shift quality and torque convertor lock up points
INTAKE & FILTRATION UPGRADES

Many Turbo Diesel engines benefit from a less restrictive intake system. We have various options available for all makes and models that offer not only gains in power and torque but also increased durability and filtration to help protect your engine.
