CHASSIS DYNO
Muscle Cars, Classics, Road, Track and more, we offer full dyno tuning services, all performed in-house on our Dyno Dynamics computerised chassis dyno.
Be it a modern GM LS3 V8 or an old school carbureted 4, 6 or V8, we have a wealth of knowledge in tuning and take great pride in the work we do. To some, carburetors and distributors are considered old technology, but tuned right, utilising our many years of industry experience, the results can be outstanding. In a field that is quickly becoming a lost art in the automotive industry, we enjoy carrying on the tradition and creating a pleasurable driving experience for enthusiasts with older vehicles.
ENGINE DYNO
Here at PowerHouse Engines, we take great pride in our State of the Art Engine Dyno facility. Housed in a dedicated cell with separate control room and comprehensive exhaust extraction and temperature compensated air induction systems, the jewel in this crown is a renowned SuperFlow SF-902 Water Brake computer controlled engine dyno.
While a chassis dyno offers an excellent 'in car' tuning alternative, an engine dyno in comparison is the ultimate solution for repeatability and power accuracy measured directly at the crankshaft. A big advantage is our ability to break-in, test and optimise tuning all in one process, from engine build completion straight into our dyno division, all under one roof.
